General Purpose Thermocouples (Mg0)

Available in sheath sizes .010 to .500 in all types of materials such as 304, 316, 310, 446, Inconel 600, platinum, copper and titanium. Optional protective coatings and sprays also available. MTI offers single, dual, triplex and multipoint designs with a wide variety of sheath terminations such as, aluminum, cast iron, stainless steel or explosion proof heads. Standard and miniature plugs and jacks, extension leadwire with a variety of insulations as well as all types of connection fittings.

Ceramic Beaded Elements

Available in base metal J, K, T, E as well as noble metal R, S, B. Bare wire to ceramic insulated elements from 8 to 30 AWG. Straight, angled, single, dual, triplex as well as welded hot junctions to twisted butt-welds.

What are Thermocouples?

Thermocouples are temperature-measuring devices. Definition:  a device for measuring temperature in which two wires of different metals are joined. The potential difference between the wires is a measure of the temperature of something they touch.
